When will I receive my ticket?

RESTFEST is a ticketless event. 

We will be opening doors at 9.00am and registration takes place from 9am – 9.30am.  We actively encourage you to arrive at this time so you can ensure you are registered and receive your wristband.

We will “check you in” using the details supplied when booking your ticket.

If you have booked as a group, we will issue the wrist bands to the lead booking person.   We do not have the names of all the people on your booking so it is essential that you all register together.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets are purchased through the website.  For ticket options click here

To purchase a ticket, choose the ticket you require and click ‘Buy Ticket’.
If you would like to purchase more than one ticket, click in the box ‘Quantity’ box and use the up or down arrow to change the amount of tickets you would like to buy and click update basket.
When happy click ‘Proceed to checkout’ and follow the instructions to complete the payment.

If you have already purchased your Festival ticket and would like to upgrade to a Golden Goddess experience then yes we can help you do that.

The deadline for this is 8th March 2020.

Please email inspired@restfest.co.uk who will arrange payment to be made for additional cost to upgrade.

For every 10 tickets of any type (Festival/ Retreat/ Golden Goddess) ordered – we’ll give you one of the same type for free.  Simply get your friends to order their (10) tickets on the same date and then email us with their names & ticket order date and we’ll give you a code for a free one.

Golden Goddess Experience

  • As festival ticket.
  • Plus an extra special Sunday evening & Monday morning activities.
  • Evening pampering session – appointment in the pop-up Spa
  • On Sunday after the festival closing ceremony Secret evening activities will unfold.   These include a 3 course private dining experience with some of our speakers and hosts and other “money can’t buy” encounters.
  • On Monday morning you are invited to a women circle hosted by RESTFEST founder Naomi Newland.
  • (Please note the Golden Goddess ticket does not include accommodation. Should you choose to stay over on the Sunday night.    This needs to be booked directly with the Hilton Avisford Park Hotel.)

We are now operating on standard ticket prices which means ticket prices will not increase.

What do I need to know about the day?

RESTFEST V4 Is back in Arundel on Sunday 15th March 2020.

  • We will be opening doors for Festival entry at 9.00am until 6pm.
  • Registration is from 9am – 9.30am and we actively encourage you to arrive at this time
  • The opening ceremony is from 9.30-9.45am in the Grand Hall
  • Workshops begin at 10am and run on the hour every hour with an hours break for lunch from 1pm to 2pm
  • The closing ceremony begins at 17.45 in the Grand Hall where Self Care Swag bags will also be handed out! Don’t miss this!
  • If you have upgraded your RESTFEST ticket to include the Golden Goddess Evening then this experience will unfold from 6:30pm to 11pm.

There is free parking on site.   RESTFEST encourage car sharing wherever possible to be mindful of our our carbon footprint.    Hilton staff will be on hand on the morning of RESTFEST to assist with parking.

The nearest train stations is Barnham Station with Arundel station also being nearby.

The Hilton recommends Barnham Taxis with the journey to the hotel costing approx £10.

For RESTFEST V4 our  Pop up Spa is now open to all with treatments available to book on the day. The selection of therapists and healers will take walk-in clients so sign up on arrival to secure your time slot.

Golden Goddess’s will be invited to some inclusive pampering as part of the evening experience.

LAYERS! Its MARCH! 80% of our festival is indoors but 20% is outdoors in tents!! IN CHILLY MARCH!!!! Please dress accordingly!

Wear whatever you are comfortable in! Clothes you can stretch and move in for the movement, yoga and Qoya classes.   You can always get changed should you wish to.

We loved the bright colourful clothes you all wore last time – Especially purple – so on brand!! They looked fabulous in our photos!

Crowns and headdresses are popular and you get extra points for FLOWERS IN YOUR HAIR TOO!!

Please be aware of weather forecast and dress accordingly.   We can’t control the weather. Lots of activities are inside but we also have three festival tents and lunch being served outside so please dress like you are attending a festival in March!  Warm layers will be needed!!

We are really hoping for a dry day but can’t guarantee it obvs!  Last time it poured down and things got rather soggy and chilly.

We recommend warm COLOURFUL  layers and sun dancing between now and then!

  • Spending money for lunch & treats.
  • An open mind and a big smile.
  • Journal or notepad & pen.
  • Water bottle.
  • A snuggly jumper and/or blanket for chillaxing. (A cloak room is available to store bulky belongings)
  • A yoga mat if you have one.

The Hilton Avisford Park chefs are providing a festival food inspired experience at lunch time from 12.00-14.00 with a varied range of breakfast, lunch and snack options.   From oats, brownies and smoothies Tacos & Raw Salads, Curries & Noodles, Paella & Risottos – we’ve got all tastes and dietary requirements covered.

Full menu choices will be released closer to the time but please budget £7-£10 per dish for your lunch.   No other food may be consumed on the hotel grounds.

Theres is a NEW Snack bar operating all day from next to The Grand Hall – £1 tea / coffee from here alongside breakfast foods.

Food will be payable directly to the food stalls during the day.

Bar Water will be available freely throughout the venue so please bring along a reusable water bottle but you can also get drinks at the bar.   Soft drinks, hot drinks and alcoholic drinks.

Wellness & Wonder Expo

So many gorgeous goodies and luscious services available here.  We recommend you find time in your day to browse. Best to bring cash in-case traders don’t have card machines – there are some wonderful shopping stalls too – Henna artist, Jewellery, Clothes, Yoga teachers, Life Coaches, Health Coaches and Clinics, Retreats, Crystal water bottles Natural and organic skincare, Essential Oils, Homewares, Self development books and subscription boxes.

  • We will have a professional photographer and videographer on site throughout the day and the uflourish team will also be capturing magical moments on their camera phones.
  • We hope to use some of these images as future promotional material.
  • Please make Naomi or MJ aware before the day if you’d prefer not to be photographed or have your image published.
  • By participating in RESTFEST we will assume that you agree to this unless you email us otherwise.
  • We are also running a contest to win two free festival tickets to our next RESTFEST for the best photo taken at RESTFEST and the RESTFEST challenge which you’ll find details of in the printed guide to RESTFEST on the day.

RESTFEST is aimed towards an audience of women.

Girls aged 13-17 may attend in the company of a family member / carer.

Babes in arms (non walking) babies are welcome on the agreement that if they are unsettled you move away from any talks/workshops/relaxation zones.   The grounds are large to take baby away for a walk.   Please note that we do not have any official baby facilities as we’d encourage you to take a break for the day and attend childfree if possible!   We know that’s not always realistic so we are prepared to flexible so that you can benefit from RESTFEST too.

We are considering launching some teen tickets for age 13-16 year old girls.   Some of the content might be “adult” so we’d ask you to judge your daughter’s maturity accordingly.

How do I know what the Schedule is for the day?

Our RESTFEST V4 2020 timetable offers 4 intention paths so you can plan a day that suits your unique needs – choose a path of JOY, INSPIRATION, EMPOWERMENT or REST – or mix it up depending on your mood.   You choose your own blend of RESTFEST workshops and experiences to create your own meaning and benefits.

Print your timetable in advance but be sure to pick up your programme on the day as that will have the most up-to-date schedule within.

We have colour coded intention paths for the day with options to experience JOY, EMPOWERMENT, REST or INSPIRATION depending on what you need most in that moment.   You can of course mix it up – you don’t need to stick to one colour all day.

Please be prepared to be flexible in your choices.    Disappointment is inevitable at a festival unless you want to spend the whole time queuing.   The fun is ending up somewhere you didn’t expect to. Be free to be attracted to where your curiosity leads and try new things.

Also we HIGHLY recommend not over scheduling – the workshops run back to back to squeeze as much as we could into the day to offer choice but that doesn’t mean you should do it all!

Our main hope for you busy woman is that you feel rested after RESTFEST.  Take the time and space to make this happen.

Skip a workshop or two.  Hang out, connect with new people, soak up the surroundings, browse the Wisdom & Wonder expo and chill out in the gardens (weather permitting!!)

As a boutique, intimate one-day festival with plenty of space at the Hilton Avisford Park Hotel we do not need you to pre-book your preferences.   We encourage our guests to be led by their hearts and intuition on the day.

The only workshop that has limited availability due to materials is the Macrame Earring making workshop which has max capacity of 30.   If you are super keen to do this workshop we do recommend queuing asap for this one.

Pop-up Spa – Now bookable first come first served to all ticket holders on the day!

The advertised timetable is from 6th Oct 2019 but the new 2020 timetable is due for publishing on 1st Dec 2019.

You can attend one workshop per time slot so in theory you can attend a maximum of 7 plus attend the opening & closing ceremonies and communal lunch time.

However we encourage you to plan to miss at least one workshop slot to give you time to absorb RESTFEST – the grounds are tranquil, the women are wise and wonderful and the market place cries out to be explored leisurely.   Theres so much more to RESTFEST than dashing about trying to squeeze everything in.
