BeMoreTree workshop is based upon the present learning we have on the amazing wisdom of trees. We will share an understanding of the biology of stillness and rest and how to be able to develop daily practices and consequent habits, to maintain physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Everyone will create their own personal plan for enhancing rest in their everyday living.
The workshop integrates mind and body, resulting in a holistic and dynamic approach to overall wellness. They will learn the biological and neurological implications of a life without rest and be able to Identify, accept or let go of what is not serving them in a balanced life with rest.
