This session will focus on helping you take your power back and on relearning how to let your body take charge! Using some simple techniques, we can begin to unlearn the messages we’ve been told about our bodies and how this has interfered with our relationship with food.
The workshop will help you to learn to tune into the messages our bodies are sending via hunger and fullness, but also paying attention to satisfaction and cravings.
I will be sharing practical tools and guidance to give you the confidence to feel the freedom to eat naturally and normally on your own terms.
And of course there will be chocolate involved!
