In this session, you’ll explore both self-care and ritual and what this means for you. You will look at your self-care style and think through practical tools for how you can slow down, get clear on your intentions and feelings and notice what happens in your body when you do. You will look at how you can alchemise mundane moments into magical experiences and create a life that you don’t want to run away from. Together, we will design a self-care ritual and you will walk away from this session with a deeper understanding of your self-care needs and practical rituals to nurture your mind, body and soul.
