Wise: Calls on the wisdom of yoga, breathwork and meditation

Free: Expands our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies through feminine movement.
Qoya is a workout for the body, mind and spirit.
Qoya is about finding joy in allowing our bodies to move the way they wants to move.
During Qoya classes, you are encouraged to listen to, embrace and then express your body’s innate wisdom.
A Qoya class can be as invigorating or relaxing as your body requires in that moment.
There are no levels or physical criteria in Qoya and because it is based on what feels good in your body, any age or fitness ability can do it.
Wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle and an open heart!
During this class we will dance with the theme of Gratitude as a Superpower. The invitation is to explore the physical sensation of gratitude in your body and experiment with movement as a portal to embodying thankfulness in your life
