I am an ordinary person who has chosen to make extraudinary decisions and actions in my own life. Recovered from auto-immune conditions and more recently cancer, without invasive surgery or chemo.
I am on a mission to ensure my message is loud and clear about how we can repair and rejuvenate and prevent disease and go on to live our very best life I always speak from the heart. Life is for Living and that I Do.I am continually learning to ensure my knowledge is cutting edge and then passed on to others.

Which over time lead to illness and disease. Simply put our breath is a crucial indicator of physical,emotional and spiritual health and the impact it has on the quality of life is overlooked.When people are stressed they often take shallow and rapid breaths which induce physiological changes like increased heart rate and and anxiety. By focusing on deep breathing and breath holding we calm the nervous system and reset the fear or flight response.
