Foundational Joy ,
Tamu Thomas – Life Coach and Founder of Three Sixty
Tamu Thomas created the Three Sixty brand as a response to her own emotional and physical situation that she was also seeing reflected in the women around her. At the age of 40, and after years of compromising her health, joy and pleasure to meet the demands of her career as a social worker and her role as a mother, she realised that feeling emotionally and physically depleted was not a necessity, or a given. Tamu has combined her Social Work experience with Mindfulness Coaching and Group Facilitation to create products and experiences that support Gen X women tap into their vitality by prioritising joy
Tamu will be hosting a super important workshop at RESTFEST called Foundational Joy.
Foundational Joy is a workshop designed by Tamu to support Gen X women create a pathway to deeper self-connection. It is this connection that Tamu has seen lead to deep self-love enabling women to create a grounding foundation of joy. Tamu has learnt that when we create lives where pleasure and joy are our foundations life unfolds in all kinds of delicious ways! The aim is to reframe the way we meet our needs and soften the existential crisis associated with approaching ‘mid-life’. Attendees will be encouraged to identify the things that bring them joy, sink into that feeling and develop a daily practice enabling them to invite that feeling into their lives on a daily basis.
